Illumination of faith

Gold has always fascinated me—not just for its beauty, but for what it represents. In Islamic mysticism, it symbolizes Nur, the divine light that guides and illuminates the soul. When creating this piece, I wanted to capture that sense of spiritual wealth and inner clarity. The deep blue reflects the vastness of the heavens, a space for contemplation and seeking knowledge. Gold, in contrast, embodies the guidance and enlightenment faith provides. To me, this painting is a reminder that the journey toward understanding is endless, but with faith and reflection, we always find light along the way.
