Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

1. Infringement Notification Procedure

Kaarigari Foundation adheres to rigorous intellectual property standards. If you are a rights holder and believe that material residing on our Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a formal written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing:

  • A specific description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • The exact URL or location within the Platform where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  • Full contact information, including name, physical address, telephone number, and email.

2. Notice and Takedown Protocol

Upon receipt of a valid, substantiated infringement notice, the Foundation shall:

  • Expeditiously remove or disable access to the contested material.
  • Notify the Contributor of the takedown action.
  • Repeat Infringer Policy: In accordance with standard digital governance, the Foundation reserves the right to permanently terminate the accounts of Users who are determined to be "repeat infringers."
